Key Responsibilities

- Resident Care - Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding while maintaining dignity and comfort.
- Daily Support - Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage independence when appropriate.
- Safety Assistance - Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection-control procedures; assist with transfers and fall-prevention practices.
- Documentation - Accurately chart care provided and resident observations in accordance with facility policies.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
