Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing trauma-informed approaches tailored to diverse client needs.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, applying systemic therapy techniques to enhance relational dynamics.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in client interactions.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
