- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties.
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through effective communication.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
