Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, developing tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide coherent care that integrates all aspects of clients' mental health needs. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and coping mechanisms to enhance their engagement in the recovery process. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards that govern mental health practice. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging research in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues among other mental health conditions. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Proven experience in mental health counseling is essential, showcasing a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques. Ability to demonstrate strong therapeutic skills, empathic communication, and the ability to motivate clients towards recovery. Strong collaborative skills, with proficiency in working alongside interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes. Preferred Experience Experience with evidence-based practices for treating a wide range of mental health disorders. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and streamline client management processes. Specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or working with specific populations (e.g., children, veterans, etc.) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational credentials.
