Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and holistic care for each client. Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide comfort during emergencies. Participate in community outreach and educational programs to raise awareness about mental health issues, actively working to reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek help. Patient Population / Client Focus You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client demographic, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will use your cultural competence to connect genuinely, ensuring each person feels understood and supported in their journey towards mental wellness. Qualifications A valid, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with clients across different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring meticulous documentation and record-keeping. Preferred Experience Experience in a community mental health setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current developments within the mental health sector. Demonstrable experience in crisis intervention techniques and emotional support strategies. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
