Work Environment This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of clients. Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards, promoting ethical practice within the field of mental health. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes. Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement in service delivery. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and support systems available within the community to empower informed decision-making. Stay current with emerging research, trends, and best practices in mental health to further enrich therapeutic techniques and client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. The support provided aims to help clients navigate their individual journeys toward recovery and resilience. Prioritizing client-centered care, you will tailor your therapeutic approach based on unique circumstances, ensuring that each client's voice is heard and respected throughout their treatment. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs, will be critical for providing effective care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.
