Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Associate

Overview Required experience in complex commercial litigation across both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations or other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Ideal candidates will have one to six years of complex commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations or other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
