Minimum Requirements 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Immediate process or qualifies for licensure in MD. Responsibilities Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
