About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently, supports staff, and fosters a productive environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and office logistics.
Support leadership administratively—managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day needs.
Maintain smooth client-facing administrative processes, such as reception or intake procedures.
Identify and improve operational inefficiencies within the office.
