Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA Services to join our team at Champions ABA - MA in Malden, MA. As a key member of our in-home ABA services team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing ABA therapy services to help them develop new skills and behaviors. You will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. In addition to providing direct therapy services, you will also maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, as directed by the client's treatment plan

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to help clients develop new skills and behaviors

• Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and reporting

• Communicate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to care

• Collaborate with BCBAs and SLPs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to help them generalize client skills and behaviors to natural environments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Preferred 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records and data

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Work Environment:

• In-home ABA therapy services provided in client homes, with occasional travel to clinic locations

• Flexible part-time schedule, with varying hours and days of the week
