Desktop Support Analyst, Technical Support

Desktop Support Analyst, Technical Support Join our Tech Assist team which delivers and supports technology solutions for all business groups. In this role, you will be supporting key end user computing, including telephony (Cisco and dealer voice), mobile devices (Apple and Android) while providing regular status updates to customers, stakeholders, and management during high impact incidents. You will also be collaborating with second and third level technology teams for urgent or complex issues. Salary range for this position: $60,000 - $70,000/year, plus overtime. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer Prior experience in a corporate IT environment, ideally in a role requiring fast paced, high-level support and outstanding interpersonal skills for professional interactions with staff, both in person and via remote communication tools Knowledge of technologies, including iOS, VMWare Horizon client, Global Protect VPN, Cisco telephony, Workplace ONE Mobile Device Management, and various market data applications like Bloomberg, Fidessa, ICE, FactSet Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at communicating, presenting, and generating enthusiasm and buy-in for ideas and solutions Proven capability to balance high-volume workloads with detailed analytical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution and an exceptional sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and challenges, even under high-pressure situations Be a strong, dynamic character, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and business users working in a constantly evolving environment and have a passion for technology and a proven track record of leveraging technology to solve complex issues and exceed customer expectation We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
