- ClientRelationship Management
- Serveas theprimary point of contact for clients.
- Conductpropertywalk-throughs, site inspections, and regular client meetings.
- Buildstrong,trust-based relationships through proactive communication.
- Operations Oversight
- Coordinateandoversee maintenance crews, ensuring services meet client standards.
- Monitorlandscapeconditions, address service issues, and recommend improvements.
- Enhancement&Ancillary Sales
- Identifyandpropose landscape enhancements and ancillary services tailoredto client needs.
- Driverevenuegrowth through consultative sales while maintaining client satisfaction.
- ClientRetention& Account Growth
- Focusonretention and satisfaction, with scheduled visits and consistent follow-up.
- Buildloyaltythrough excellent service and long-term account management.
- Administration& Reporting through utilization of Aspire
- Manageaccountbudgets, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records.
- Trackclientinteractions, enhancement proposals, and retention metrics.
- Safety& Compliance
- 3+yearsof experience in landscape maintenance, accountmanagement, or a related role.
- Strongorganizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
- Excellentcommunication and client service skills (verbal and written).
- Provenconsultative sales ability with experience in upselling enhancements.
- Basicknowledge of budgeting, proposals, and account planning.
- Abilityto travel daily to client sites in the Palm Beach County area.
- Validdriver's license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
- Bonus:Familiarity with landscape management software like Aspire,CRMtools, or industry certifications (e.g., CLP).
