Job Title: Recruiter – Finance Contract: 3-month Contract Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite) Overview The primary role of the Recruiter is to perform full-desk recruitment within the organization. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies and operations in order to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates within assigned business unit(s). The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support hiring across financial services and mortgage-related roles. This position partners with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent while aligning with organizational goals related to growth, customer service excellence, compensation strategy, and equal employment opportunity standards. Responsibilities Partner with leaders to determine staffing needs and produce forecasts and reporting. Incorporates metrics to define success/failure, and shares with key stakeholders. Complete and/or facilitate direct recruitment of all positions within the assigned business unit. Manage third‑party recruitment agencies and staffing firms to ensure delivery in accordance with agreement. Manage collegiate recruiting programs in assigned markets. Identify and drive continuous improvement to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining quality. Includes maintaining knowledge of current trends in talent landscape, recruiting methodologies, and tactics in various markets. Support and assist with implementation of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance successful rollout and acceptance throughout the organization. Support the T.A. reporting needs of the team, using knowledge of T.A. tools and systems to supplement and communicate with the HR Reporting area, ensuring the HR team has the data and reports they need on both a routine and ad hoc or project basis. Ability to manage 15-25 internal jobs at one time. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and post job advertisements to attract candidates within mortgage, lending, and financial services sectors. Source candidates using online tools, ATS platforms, databases, networking, and industry channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of financial services talent, including Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Underwriters, Closers, and Sales professionals. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview coordination and feedback. Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, production targets, and staffing needs. Assist with salary and offer negotiations in alignment with company compensation strategies. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment. Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines, regulatory standards, and company hiring policies. Support initiatives related to compensation planning, workforce development, and diversity recruiting. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition. Knowledge of ATS systems (iCIMS required). Prior experience working with a sourcer, hiring managers, and HR. Strong capabilities around running the full end‑to‑end recruitment process. Key communication and organization skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience recruiting on a variety of skillsets such as Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in financial services, mortgage, or banking environments. Experience recruiting for sales and operational roles in regulated industries. Required Skills & Competencies Knowledge of financial services roles, including lending, operations, and sales functions. Understanding of commission‑based compensation structures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Negotiation and influencing capabilities. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards). Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for mortgage, banking, or financial sales organizations. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NMLS licensing).
