We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment logistics, training coordination, and general HR administration for a 3-month assignment . Responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment activities Assist with candidate screening and recruiting logistics Support employee training coordination and scheduling Maintain HR records and assist with administrative projects Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Qualifications 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or a related field Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently HR experience is a plus, but industry experience is not required College students with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
