Restaurant Floor Supervisor - Mexican Cantina

ROJO CALIENTE RESTAURANTS INC

Rojo Cocina Mexicana & Cantina is hiring a Team Lead to guide daily floor operations in a vibrant, high-energy Mexican restaurant and cantina. The Team Lead will support smooth shifts, coordinate servers, hosts, and bar staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, handling guest concerns, supporting training of new team members, and assisting with cash handling. Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality skills, reliability, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
