What You'll Do:

✅ Cut, strip, and crimp wires

✅ Assemble electrical components and subassemblies

✅ Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

✅ Support mechanical assembly as needed

✅ Use hand and small power tools safely

✅ Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards

Requirements:

✔ Electrical assembly experience or related electrical schooling

✔ Ability to read schematics and blueprints

✔ Understanding of basic electrical principles

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

✔ Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.62 - $18.62/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
