General administrative day-to-day office responsibilities including, meeting scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, screening phone calls, faxing, expense processing, mail sorting, copying, overnight shipping, correspondence and file maintenance, etc. •Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external audiences. Receives guidance as to content but requires the ability to use discretion to formatting and layout of material; uses a variety of software packages (e.g., PowerPoint with imbedded Excel and/or graphic requirements). •Manages the preparation of presentation materials utilizing the on-site copy center services and facilities department, often with short turnaround schedules. Responsible for follow-up and assuring deadlines are met and that the delivered materials meet quality standards. •Handle confidential matters with proper discretion. •Oversees documents for executive signature and proper follow-through. •Regularly interfaces with other executive administrative assistants in the coordination of executive schedules and meeting planning. •Regular interface with external business partners in coordination of executive schedules and on-site meetings. •Ad-Hoc Projects as needed Ability to prepare in advance for meetings with agendas, handouts, meals, etc. Manage stock of office supplies and oversee ordering process for the department as neededHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
