Senior Sales Executive (100% Commission) – Remote
The Rustman Agency is a rapidly expanding brokerage dedicated to helping families protect their financial futures. We offer life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection solutions with a strong foundation of integrity, service excellence, and long-lasting client relationships.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives, close complex deals, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing key client relationships and mentoring junior team members, with the freedom to work remotely and earn on a 100% commission basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts targeting new and existing clients to meet revenue goals
- Develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and value
- Mentor and support junior sales associates to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM systems

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
