Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in grades K-8 on a contract basis near Collegeville, PA. This opportunity offers a supportive environment where you’ll deliver therapeutic interventions that make a meaningful difference in students’ daily lives and academic growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- PT Certification
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students in grades K-8 in alignment with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and document students’ progress
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain timely and clear documentation according to school and state regulations
