Customer Service Specialist – Healthcare Services

Location: Las Vegas, NV (onsite 5 days per week NOT remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr (paid weekly) + benefits

Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity)

Qualifications

• Degree and/or certificate in healthcare related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and insurance processes (preferred)
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
• Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
• Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately
• Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
