Under the direction of the Administrator‑Long Term Care, provides daily clerical and administrative support assuring the Administrative office is maintained in a smooth‑running, efficient manner. Represents the office to the public in the absence of the Administrator. Provides support to LTC Nursing Management, Activities, and Social Work. Qualifications Education: Preferred: Two‑year degree with emphasis in business office practice highly desirable. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Work Experience: Minimum: Three years of high‑level secretarial experience. Preferred: Prior healthcare experience. Skills: Minimum: Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute. Minimum: Self‑motivation. Minimum: Able to work without close supervision. Minimum: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deal with the public professionally and courteously. Minimum: Meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance teamwork through effective role modelling. Minimum: Computer literacy required. Preferred: Knowledge of Long Term Care practices. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
