?? Location: Cerritos, CA?? Pay: $23-$26/hour
?? Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
?? Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Be Doing If you enjoy connecting with customers, keeping accounts organized, and helping businesses stay on track financially, you'll fit right in! ? Manage collections activities (approximately 65% of your role)
? Support Accounts Payable when needed (20%)
? Handle consignment accounts (15%)
? Assist customers with billing questions and account inquiries
? Process and verify credit applications
? Follow up on overdue balances and secure timely payments
? Post and reconcile customer payments and receipts
? Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For ?? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (required)
?? Strong 10-key/data entry skills
?? Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
?? Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach
?? Previous AR, collections, or accounting experience is highly preferred
