ABOUT THE JOB:
This role will perform daily AR responsibilities as well as focusing on payments, adjustments, and accuracy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reconciling customer's open and closed AR items on their account
- Allocate credits to customer's accounts
- Refund credits to customer's accounts
- Communicate to customer regarding accounts, credits and refunds
- Complete requests from internal customers within 24 hours
- Updating and sending customer invoices from internal systems
- Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job

- Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
- MS Office Suite
- Fax and Copy Machine
- 10 key
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- High degree of detail and organization
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong computer skills
- 10,000 key strokes preferred
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written with a professional demeanor
