Warehouse Services Coordinator

Warehouse Position

Purpose of Job: Perform a variety of tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment to meet operational needs.

Position Details:

Hourly position based upon experience & skill level. Short term contract estimated up to April 2024. Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm (preferred); or 7:00am-4:00pm. Location: Black Box office located at 9155 Cottonwood Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55370, relocating to 8360 Courthouse Blvd Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077 in March.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Pick Material

Verify inventory counts of material

Scan material into an Excel document

Pack Material

Strap material to skids

Shrink wrap material

Label skids with material information

Need to operate Picker lifts and pallet reach trucks

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Efficient ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Certification on forklift equipment preferred

Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma, or equivalent

1-3 years of: Warehouse experience

Inventory knowledge preferred

Proficient in MS Office Excel (scanning documents into Excel)
