Find your next opportunity today!Description of WorkThe-Clinical Social Worker is responsible for facilitating therapeutic group sessions within the Hope and Wellness Center treatment mall program. The Clinical Social Worker develops and implements group-based interventions utilizing evidenced-based modalities and techniques. This position must exercise clinical judgement to continually assess the needs of group participants, monitor group dynamics and adapt interventions as needed to target various treatment goals. This position monitors and documents on participants responses, performance, and progress towards goals outlined in the comprehensive treatment plan. This position may also serve on a variety of Hope and Wellness Center and/or hospital wide committees and workgroups.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Range: $52,592 - $92,036Recruitment Range: $52,000 - $78,000*A Sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 may be offered to the successful applicants(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
