Human Resources Payroll

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities Target salary range of approximately $50K-$75K , depending on experience. Payroll responsibility for a company with fewer than 200 employees . Processing approximately 2-3 biweekly payrolls/pay groups . Supporting payroll across three different companies/entities . Experience supporting mergers/acquisitions, company setup, and tax setup is very valuable. Experience with certified payroll, Section 3 reporting, and construction/government contractor payroll requirements is required. Experience with tax documentation and tax filings . Benefits administration experience, particularly with Employee Navigator , is preferred. Experience with Paylocity is a plus. Ability to take ownership of the HRIS system , including onboarding/new employee setup. Ideal Candidate Profile We will prioritize someone with strong payroll experience who can step into the role with a solid understanding of payroll processes and become independent relatively quickly. A bachelor's degree is preferred , along with a strong payroll and HR background. Because of the complexity of the position, we will focus on candidates with meaningful payroll experience of 3 years plus rather than someone brand new to the field.
