Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss issues, set goals, and decide on discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate client-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to track client outcomes effectively.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of new clients.

• Participate in routine individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and uphold best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating referrals and resources as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. As a counselor at Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center, you will provide service to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and more, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and personalized care plans to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in computer systems and applications necessary for documentation and client management, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Comfort and capability in conducting individual psychotherapy sessions with both individuals and families.
\n
• Experience conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on assessment findings.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth settings is a plus but not necessary; we provide training and resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, demonstrating our commitment to recognizing and rewarding our professionals. We employ a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring you receive guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating the delay that often comes with reimbursement.
