Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crisis Preparation & Psychiatry Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans and medication treatment strategies.

• Engaging actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization’s high standards.

• Documenting all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining open communication with team members.

• Serving as a liaison with state and local agencies, community partners, and other service systems to enhance client care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, seminars, and training sessions, represented the agency in statewide meetings.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• An Independent LMHC license issued by the Florida state board.
