Financial Services firm seeks an in house counsel to support their growing structured finance/CMBS business.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including reviewing offering and transaction documents and articulating any legal or credit concerns that emerge \n
- Identifying and evaluating the potential credit impact of transaction and loan structures \n
- Liaising with external legal counsel \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- J.D. qualified to practice law in NY State \n
- 5+ years' legal work experience \n
- MUST HAVE experience working in Structured finance, CMBS or commercial real estate transactions. \n
