Director, Executive Compensation - Orthopedics
Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Companies
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Executive Compensation for its Orthopedics division (DePuy Synthes) to design and oversee global executive compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and benefits. This strategic role reports to the Head of Talent, Inclusion, and Total Rewards and advises senior leadership and the Board Compensation Committee.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise executive compensation philosophy and program architecture aligned to business strategy
- Advise CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Board Compensation Committee on compensation decisions and governance
- Oversee executive market benchmarking, peer group design, and competitive pay analysis
- Lead development of proxy statements, compensation disclosures, and regulatory filings
- Drive process improvements and transformation of compensation governance and administration
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and managing executive compensation programs globally
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, and proxy advisor engagement
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Expertise in market benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and pay-for-performance analysis
- Advanced proficiency with compensation data analytics, modeling, and related tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation initiatives
