Support CenterIf you are a current Adventist HealthCare employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Front Desk Associate who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.As a Front Desk Associate, you will:• Receive and direct visitors, employment applicants, salespersons, and customers to appropriate locations and parties• Answer phones in a professional manner• Manage scheduling in eCW for pre-hire appointments with Occupational Health• Collect I-9 documentation and submit to HR• Assist with organizing incoming and outgoing mail as needed• Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships• Serve as backup to other locations when neededQualifications include:• High School Diploma or GED required• Associate's degree preferred• 2 to 4 years of receptionist / clerical experience or a degree may substitute• Self-starter who works well independently and efficiently• Basic PC skills such as Internet, email, and Windows environment.
