Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients with diverse mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the individual’s context.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, coupling therapeutic techniques with practical coping strategies to foster a supportive community environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage actively in collaborative care discussions with multidisciplinary teams to create a cohesive approach to client treatment and support.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops aimed at keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and policy changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines as they pertain to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
