Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to deliver mental health services to individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, creating detailed initial discharge plans to guide treatment.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s therapeutic needs as identified in their treatment plan.

• Develop and coordinate initial treatment plans and ensure they are updated and revised as required, collaborating with other health professionals to enhance patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic services provided, adhering to both organization and professional standards.

• Carry a balanced caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate and communicate effectively regarding patient progress.

• Exhibit professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients and their families, addressing concerns proactively and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the clinic’s overarching goals and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
