GTM Engineer (EU citizen only)

Overview The Revenue Architects is a GTM Engineering Studio that designs and deploys GTM systems for some of the best B2B tech companies in the world, including Canva, Descript, Linear, WorkOS, and Mithril. We are not a traditional agency. We build Revenue Decision Systems — an explicit, documented intelligence layer that connects data, orchestration logic, and activation workflows into one coherent system. Our stack includes Claude Code, Clay, Unify, Cargo, Salesforce , and a proprietary methodology for building GTM systems that compound over time. The company is based in San Francisco and currently consists of a small, senior team (founder + GTM engineers). About the Role Under the supervision of the founder, you will participate in the design and deployment of go-to-market revenue systems for a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise clients in parallel. The work spans three main areas: AI agents & automation Build qualification, enrichment, personalization, and scoring agents using Claude, GPT, and orchestration tools Deploy AI-powered workflows for GTM execution TAM building & enrichment Define ICPs and build TAM lists Run multi-vendor waterfall enrichment (Apollo, PeopleDataLabs, Clearbit, Prospeo) Build scoring models based on intent and product signals GTM experiments Design, launch, and measure structured experiments across messaging, channels, audiences, and activation triggers Document hypotheses, results, and iterations Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents for GTM workflows (qualification, enrichment, personalization, scoring) Design and build TAM lists and enrichment pipelines Build signal-based workflows (website visitors, product usage/PQLs, social signals, job changes, intent signals) Configure and administer CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot): objects, fields, flows, routing, imports Build outbound infrastructure and segmentation systems (Unify, Instantly, Smartlead) Participate in client meetings and present progress and experiment results Track performance metrics (reply rates, pipeline generated, enrichment coverage, conversion rates) Contribute to continuous system optimization Desired Profile We are looking for an autonomous, resourceful, and results-oriented profile who thrives in a startup environment where speed and versatility are essential. The ideal candidate: Has worked in a small team ( Takes initiative without waiting for detailed instructions Uses AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) daily to build and automate Thinks in systems and experiments , not tasks Is comfortable with APIs, SQL, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) Can learn new tools independently in a few days Experience with Clay, Cargo, n8n, Make, Salesforce, HubSpot is a strong plus. Experience 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, GTM Engineering, or Sales/Marketing Ops Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment Experience building enrichment pipelines, TAM programs, or AI-powered workflows is highly valued Internship experience in high-growth startups is relevant Profiles from large enterprises or pure consulting backgrounds are generally not a fit Requirements Fluent English (all client work is in English) French is a plus (internal coordination) Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent) EU citizen (V.I.E program requirement) Why This Role Is Unique This is not a traditional RevOps role. You will learn how modern go-to-market systems are actually built: data, AI agents, automation, CRM architecture, and outbound systems — across multiple high-level B2B companies.
