Plant Manager

Plant Manager We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our clients manufacturing facility in Indianapolis that specializes in vibration monitoring technology. This pivotal role involves ensuring safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability while leading a top-performing team. Duties: Manage all plant functions, including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Take charge of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and financial performance Oversee plant budgeting, forecasting, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices for increased efficiency Establish and monitor key performance indicators for improved performance Develop leaders, promote teamwork, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with various departments to support business goals and customer needs Ensure adherence to ISO, regulatory standards, and company safety protocols Support long-term planning, capacity expansion, and growth initiatives Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in plant operations Strong financial knowledge with proficiency in managing budgets and costs Demonstrated success in improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overall performance Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continual improvement practices Experience leading diverse teams and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems Effective leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel occasionally and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Interest in a challenging role that combines operational excellence with financial acumen
