Food Service Operations Lead

The Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation (VCBR) seeks a Food Service Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, supervise multiple sections of a comprehensive food service system, and ensure hot and cold food production, sanitation, tray assembly, and storage meet quality standards. You will assist management with cost control, food safety, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, provide coverage for kitchen operations, and be prepared to work emergencies as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services
