To drive sales growth in the property and casualty insurance sector, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Senior Sales Manager will manage a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong client relationships in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Required qualifications: Valid Connecticut insurance license Proven experience in sales management within the property and casualty insurance industry Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
