Work Environment

As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the physical therapy intervention aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their functional levels through diagnostic tests of muscle, nerve, and joint capacity.
• Oversee and guide the work of physical therapy assistants to ensure accurate implementation of therapy plans.
• Design and administer personalized therapy programs, including manual therapeutic exercises, and motivate clients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Evaluate home environments to make necessary recommendations to enhance patient independence during recovery.
• Administer treatments utilizing therapeutic modalities such as traction and massage, aligning each session with physician's orders.
• Prepare and manage clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare record standards.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review and refine care plans based on team input and patient progress.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on therapy devices and instructional guidance for therapeutic exercises to be practiced at home.
• Monitor and communicate any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team, facilitating adjustments to treatment regimens as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
