About the Agency: The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services has a position available within the County Field Office. The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) is committed to protecting and nurturing Mississippi's at-risk children and families. About the Position: The support specialist is responsible for performing clerical tasks to help office maintain a smooth workflow. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing and processing documents, answering calls and correspondence, disseminating and organizing files, monitoring the inventory of office supplies, and processing procurement requests. The support specialist may also assist staff with projects and programs and coordinate with different agency departments.
