Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Privado Chiropractic LLC, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans created by physical therapists, ensuring the application of appropriate modalities to support patient recovery.
• Training patients in therapeutic exercises, mobility, daily living activities, and the use of adaptive equipment, promoting independence and confidence.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously through progress notes and maintaining up-to-date records as required by state regulations.
• Identifying when patients need additional evaluation and effectively communicating this to supervising therapists in a timely manner.
• Participating in ongoing education and in-services to enhance your knowledge of physical therapy practices and regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Making appropriate referrals to additional services or specialists when necessary to enhance patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
