As a Lead Development Representative, you will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned territory to uncover untapped potential via nurturing marketing leads from a variety of sources (event follow ups, ADP Website visits, Webinars, etc.) advancing them into sales opportunities. Every day, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments and assess prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions. As part of the broader ADP Digital Sales Team, you will use the latest digital technology to conduct your work. Integrity, resilience, positivity and a "refuse to lose" attitude are must‑haves in this job. As with any role in sales, you will experience ebbs and flows. Responsibilities Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work independently and collaboratively within your territory to cultivate prospect accounts and advance them into sales opportunities. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: implement a sales strategy targeted to decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: sell cloud‑based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships. Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner and ADP ambassador to prospects, internal partners and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Requirements A college degree is great but not required. Experience in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales or a related industry, or military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building and a fearless mentality. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying, prospecting and business development experience. Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
