Cold Chain Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible) | Flexible Schedule Required

A Day in the Life

You step onto the floor of a temperature-controlled facility where accuracy and pace set the tone. You rally the team, review inbound schedules, and check KPIs from the previous shift. Pallets are arriving, product is staged, and safety protocols are top of mind. You coordinate with carriers and partners, verify receiving activities, and keep inventory flowing from dock to cold storage. Throughout the day, you coach associates, audit processes, and jump in on loading or receiving when the line needs a boost. By shift end, the warehouse is orderly, metrics are trending in the right direction, and your team knows exactly what success looks like.

What You’ll Lead

• Daily oversight of warehouse and logistics operations within a cold storage environment.
• Hands-on leadership: train, mentor, and motivate associates to hit productivity and quality targets.
• Inbound control: receiving, sorting, staging, and ensuring proper handling of all products.
• Third-party collaboration to maintain an efficient product flow.
• Performance management through KPIs and continuous process improvement.
• Strict adherence to safety practices, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Organization of work areas, including prep zones and refrigerated storage.
• Operational support as needed, including loading and receiving.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory background in warehousing, logistics, distribution, cold chain, or similar operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and uphold accountability.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, email, and reporting tools.
• Required: Forklift and electric pallet jack certification.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strength in analyzing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Stand for long periods in a physically demanding setting.
• Work in refrigerated conditions as low as 34&degree;F.
• Operate both indoors and outdoors as required.

Schedule

Our facility runs 24/7. You’ll work full-time in a non-exempt role with overtime eligibility, and you must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours as operations demand.
