Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and potential barriers to effective treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist patients in managing symptoms and improving their mental well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless and coordinated care across the healthcare continuum.

• Support patients and their families in navigating complex treatment options, including understanding diagnoses, medications, and therapeutic pathways.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that draw from evidence-based modalities to foster healing and support.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each patient.

• Advocate for the rights and needs of patients within the mental health system, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
