Delivery Lead

To ensure reliable delivery processes, the full-time Delivery Lead will manage the cadence of work across a globally distributed team, facilitating communication, removing blockers, and maintaining a transparent roadmap while supporting product owners in their initiatives. Key responsibilities Run the delivery cadence to keep work flowing and ensure timely decision-making Protect fixed delivery appetites by facilitating scope decisions within set time boxes Maintain a current and visible roadmap, driving team cadence against planned deliverables Required qualifications Strong enthusiasm for process management and operational efficiency Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts Proactive communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures Ability to hold teams accountable to standards without being overbearing Experience in coordinating between software Product and Engineering functions is a plus
