Workfront Designer

The role is responsible for the operational health, adoption, and ongoing success of our enterprise Workfront instance supporting 10,000 users. This position is crucial in ensuring the platform scales with business needs and maintains system integrity and data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with complex workflows, governed configurations, and supporting a high volume of users.
• Advanced Workfront reporting and dashboard expertise.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate live training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience providing Tier 2 platform support and coordinating with Adobe Support.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification (required or strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, operations, project management, or a related field.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead user implementation and enablement efforts.
• Drive continuous platform optimization and maintain system integrity.
• Provide advanced support for escalated issues.
• Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations to drive user adoption.
• Lead platform cleanup and governance initiatives.
• Design and optimize reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
