Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, formulating individualized treatment plans that resonate with each client's needs and aspirations.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring consistent and quality care to all individuals and families you serve.

• Document clinical notes and ongoing treatment updates in accordance with our established policies, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for patient care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to create a cohesive support system for your clients.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and continuous professional development opportunities, contributing to the clinic’s culture and practices.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work predominantly with children, adolescents, and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT clinical license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with all state regulations.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation practices, with a strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, and case note requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate clinical concepts and foster rapport with clients.

• A genuine commitment to professionalism, showcasing appropriate boundaries while building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Valant, and proficiency in using Office 365 applications.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check, ensuring the safety of our clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience with telehealth practices, enhancing remote therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience working with youth and family therapy modalities, contributing to a broad understanding of common issues faced by clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive for new hires. Employees benefit from flexible scheduling and a unique pay structure that includes hourly pay along with commissions based on client sessions.
