Schedule: Rotating 12 hours shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am.

Job Duties

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 460V three-phase electrical systems Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist with equipment repairs and general mechanical work
• Support production by minimizing downtime and resolving issues quickly
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

Education Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred but not required

Experience Requirements

• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working With high and low voltage electrical systems
• Strong understanding of three-phase power (460V preferred)
• Working knowledge of pneumatics
• Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical schematics
• Basic computer skids (data entry, maintenance logs, etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting, welding, modifying parts)
• General mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Industrial maintenance background

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 30-60 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will Do
