Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary duties will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each couple and family unit's unique dynamics.

• Providing therapy sessions that include both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions with family members as required.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical/Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss
\n
• Family Conflicts and Communication Barriers
\n
• Adjustment to Separation and Divorce
\n
• Support for Blended Families
\n
• Job Stress and Medical Issues

• Developing personalized treatment plans to guide clients towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Staying current with best practices in therapy techniques and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on couples, families, and individual clients, addressing various issues stemming from interpersonal relationships, personal challenges, and family dynamics. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, accommodating their unique needs while fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and well-being.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a newly licensed therapist is welcome to apply, we prefer candidates who have:
