About the Role:
Oakleaf Landscape Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in West Tisbury, MA!

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for office and field staff
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records
Coordinate communication between crews and clients
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and parts
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual (Portuguese) candidates preferred
Experience in QBO, Word, and Excel is a plus
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
Experience in the landscaping, construction, or trades industry is a plus
