Customer Service Agent- TalentZok
OVERVIEW
Are you looking for a new career opportunity with an exciting company?! Then we've got the right team for you! In this role, you're responsible for the duties listed below.

Immediate opening for a Customer Service Agent in Lubbock, TX who possesses:
Prior Customer service experience, preferably Call center (minimum 4 years of experience)
Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel & Word)
Meet deadlines, time management skills
Team-oriented, problem solver
Hours 8:00Am-5:00PM M-F

FULL DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly while providing great customer service
Listen to customers' inquiries and concerns by providing timely service or solution
Process tickets through the helpdesk by redirecting customers to the proper department
Place service calls for copy machine hardware, software and maintenance issues.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Prior Customer service experience, Call center (minimum of 1 year)
Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel & Word)
Strong communications skills, customer service oriented
Team-oriented, problem solver
Pay range $20/hr
